1. Technical Site Survey & Study

• Surveying the site and determining camera installation locations.
• Studying the areas requiring coverage and determining the best viewing angles and device locations.
• Reviewing existing infrastructure and utilizing it where possible.
• Preparing a camera distribution plan and cable routing layout.

2. CCTV Camera Supply

• Supplying CCTV cameras per the approved technical specifications.
• Providing indoor and outdoor cameras per the site nature.
• Supplying PTZ cameras for areas requiring mobile coverage as needed.
• Providing all accessories required for installation and operation.

3. Recording & Management Equipment Supply & Installation

• Supplying and installing NVR devices suited to the number of cameras, and storage units with the required capacity.
• Supplying monitoring screens, computers, and workstations required for monitoring and management.
• Providing decoder devices or display units as needed.

4. Networking & Connectivity Works

• Executing and connecting the CCTV camera network, and supplying and installing suitable switches.
• Executing camera network cabling works, and numbering and documenting network and camera points.
• Setting up device IP addresses and connecting cameras to the recording devices and central monitoring system.

5. Installation Works

• Installing cameras at the approved locations, along with required mounts and bases.
• Executing fixing and connection works, and organizing and protecting the cabling.
• Executing integration works between the cameras, recording devices, and network.

6. Programming & Configuration

• Setting up and programming NVR devices and adding all cameras to the system.
• Configuring recording settings and recording quality/resolution per requirements.
• Setting up users and permissions, and live viewing, recording, and playback.
• Configuring alerts and notifications as needed, and setting up the central monitoring system.

7. Testing & Commissioning

• Testing all cameras and confirming image quality, and testing recording and playback.
• Testing storage and recording retention duration.
• Testing connectivity between cameras and recording devices, and testing monitoring screens and stations.
• Addressing any technical observations that arise during testing, then final commissioning of the system.

8. Handover & Documentation

• Preparing As-Built drawings after execution, and a detailed schedule of camera names and numbers.
• Preparing an IP address schedule and delivering recording and network device data.
• Delivering the available operation and maintenance manuals and training the hospital’s specialized team.
• Handing over the project under a final acceptance certificate.
